Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days.

If 7 days have passed since you received your item, we deeply regret to inform you that we are not able to offer you an exchange.

Please contact our customer service instantly if there's any problem with the car mat.

We do not have a refund policy, there's only an exchange policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do kindly take note if the product had been used, the exchange policy will be voided and we will not bear any responsibilities.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.




Return & Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Kindly allow us up to 30 days to process your exchange request.

Each product can only be exchanged for the same product until you are satisfied with it, with valid reasons for the exchange subjected to our approval.



Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
