All orders are unable to make adjustment once processed. Please ensure your shipping address is
correct. X MATE is in no way taking the responsibility of shipment to the wrong address.
All orders are traceable. Once you have placed your order, you will find the tracking number and
instructions in the email confirmation when your items are dispatched by the courier company.
Please be informed that all X MATE car mats are exclusively made according to your
requirements, therefore please allow up to 5-7 working days ( Mon – Fri ) for your orders to be
completed and shipped to the courier company, after you’ve received your order confirmation.
All domestic deliveries will be done via EasyParcel Malaysia. Visit here to track your parcel
accordingly. ( X MATE will not take the responsibility of Shipment Delay of courier company )
Under normal circumstances, please allow up to 1-3 working days for the courier company to
deliver the orders to your designated address.
Do take note that the delivery charges are borne by you.
