What car models are available for X MATE car mats? How much does it cost?

X MATE Car Mats are available for most car models, we offer a range of packages to suit your ride and individual requirements. Please browse through our website to find out more about the options available.

How long to produce my car mat?

The production time is within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

What if my car model is not available?

If your specific vehicle model / year is not available in our existing options, please feel free to write to us under the Contact Us section to book an appointment. We can assist to use our 3D scanning technology to get the right measurements of your ride to be able to provide you with a quotation for your vehicle’s car mat.

Is there ready stock available?

As our mats are all custom made to cater towards each individual’s requirements, it isn’t possible for us to be able to keep an inventory of ready stock.


I need a mat for my ride but my ride isn’t a car. Are you able to find a “perfect mate” for my ride?

Don’t worry! X MATE got you covered. No matter what your ride is, be it lorry, bus, van, motorcycle or even helicopter, X MATE will be able to get you a mat for your ride. Just let us scan the floor base of your ride with our 3D Scan technology and we will be able to produce a mat for your vehicle. Isn't that awesome?!

My X MATE car mat does not fit my vehicle perfectly.

To start off, the car model selection on our website went through a proper research process to reflect the correct vehicle information and the vehicle templates have went through proper customisation process several times to ensure the correct fitment of the vehicle’s interior.

In the event that the fitment is not accurate due to manufacturing defects, kindly contact us and provide us with further details and we will get it sorted out for you with no additional charges. We do not accept placement of wrong order on our website, personal driving habit and car modification that deviates from the original car factory specifications as the reasons for inaccurate fitment as this is not under our responsibility.

Should any customer makes any after-sales request on their order without a valid acceptable reason, a fee will need to be charged upon the the discretion of X MATE. If the order was couriered to you, we will need your help to courier it back to us. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy page for more information.

What Does The Lifetime Warranty Cover?

All X Mate’s car mats are covered under lifetime warranty. Only deliberate damage to the car mats is not covered under the lifetime warranty. Examples such as thread lining came loose, wear and tear, slippery car mat base etc… All these are actually covered under the lifetime warranty.
 

In the event of a warranty claim, you will be required to courier your X MATE Car Mat back to us so that we can inspect further on the affected product. Please do take note that the delivery charges are the responsibility of the consumers. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy page for more information.

Is X MATE Car Mat heavy duty and durable?

The materials used in X MATE Car Mat are certified by SGS to be of high durability and offers excellent protection against any surface scratches or damages. It is also designed to withstand the heavy demanding usage.

Does X MATE Car Mat emit any unpleasant odour like other typical car mats? How safe is it?

The high grade TPV used in the production of X MATE car mats are certified by SGS to be odour-free and non-flammable. It provides a comfortable and safe environment for you and your passengers.

Is the car mat material toxic?

Our materials are environmental friendly and non-toxic.

Will the mat shift around easily?

We have designed a material base with anti-slip that helps the car mat to remain firm and stationary on the car floor at all times.

How effective is X MATE Car Mat in trapping dirt?

Our honeycombed design ensures that the car mat will help to trap dirt and dust.

Is it difficult to maintain the cleanliness of X MATE Car Mat?

X MATE Car Mat is very easy to clean and maintain. You can use a vacuum to suck the dirt and dust trapped in the mat. The mat’s waterproof design also means that you can use water to clean it directly. After cleaning with water, leave the mat to dry under the sun so that the mat can dry within 15 minutes.
